Cats are a girl’s best friend

Liz (the girl) and Ariel (the cat) have grown up together, and their mom wanted to have photos taken of the two of them together to give Liz as a present. They have a really close relationship—Liz adores Ariel and vice versa. They also have a very sweet dog, Cassie, and an absolutely adorable kitten, Nicki. While Christine (their mom) called me to photograph Ariel separately, and Ariel and Liz together, Cassie hung out with us, so I captured a few of her. And there was no way I was leaving without taking some of Nicki, too—she was more than happy to play while I took photos of her.
