I’ve been a professional pet photographer in Loudoun County, Northern Virginia since 2009. I specialize in dog photography, cat photography, and family photography that includes your pets. Our pets are family members, and I believe it’s important to have portraits that capture their personalities and the relationship we have with them. Sadly, they don’t live as long as we do, which makes having great photos of them even more important.

Because I specialize in pet photography, I know how to work with dogs, cats, and other pets to create the best possible portraits of them, which includes:

I’m a Certified Professional Photographer through Professional Photographers of America and a Master of Animal Imagery through the Animal Image Makers.

I’ve been a pet photographer since 2009, and in that time, there has never been a dog or cat I couldn’t photograph. Almost all the dogs are on a leash when I photograph them, which I edit out later (see below). I also work with a dog handler who knows how to get dogs to relax. So you don’t need to worry if your dog isn’t trained or you don’t think he will behave. I will get photos of him that you’ll love!
