2017 Bronze Medal Photographer of the Year
I love what I do. Anyone who knows me has probably heard me say numerous times that I have the best job in the world. I love animals. I love photography. And I love creating amazing photographic art for people of their four-legged fur babies: mostly dogs and cats plus the occasional rabbit, rat or scaled “kid,” a lizard.
I think artists always strive to get better, and I am no exception. One way I do this is by entering photographic print competitions, and I am thrilled to announce that I just won a Bronze Medal at the Professional Photographer of America’s International Print Competition, the most prestigious photographic print competition in the world. Photographers are able to enter up to four images and earn a medal (or not) based on how well those images score in print competition. All four of my images scored high enough to merit, which earned me a Bronze Medal.
